I graduated from Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, CT) where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Elementary Education. I recently attended the University of Delaware where I received my certification in “Special Education Teacher of Students with Disabilities (Grades K-12)”. Prior to moving to Delaware in 2018, I taught grades kindergarten and third grade for 10 years at a Catholic school in Stamford, CT. When I moved to Delaware, I was a substitute teacher in the Cape Henlopen School District and I was a long-term substitute teacher for multiple teaching positions (kindergarten/first-grade special education teacher, fifth grade ELA teacher, and a fourth/fifth grade special education/ILC teacher). The 2021-22 school year is my second year teaching second grade at Rehoboth Elementary School. I am so proud to be a part of the RES family!
